I’ve come a long way from New Jersey! After graduating from Hamilton College in Clinton, NY, I’ve done a few things that have me now here at Conley’s Pub & Grille!
After working two years in the kitchen at the fabled Continental CafĂ© ( AKA The “Conti”) I made my way down to Union Square, Somerville (The “U”) where I owned and operated Mama Gina’s Pizzeria from 1991-2000. You could say that’s where the great pizza you have here today at Conley’s came from.
As a Belmont resident, I saw a great opportunity when the previous establishment (which will remain nameless…) became available. Six month’s later in December of 2001, Conley’s was born. Limited menu and six beers on draft. In 2006 an opportunity to expand became available and through the wall we went! Another bar, 50 more seats, additional restrooms, and, now, 14 more draft lines. And with that, an expanded menu that now not only features our famous pizza, wings, and steak tips, but fresh fish, a variety of fresh salads, more entrees and much more! I couldn’t be happier with the response the local community has had to Conley’s.
With my children all working here, I couldn’t think of a better place to call my business. We are proud to serve the Belmont/Watertown community. Everyday we strive to make Conley’s the best place it can be.
From my staff, my family, and myself, I say thanks for coming to Conley’s. It’s always a pleasure to have you here!
